  • (1888PressRelease) October 27, 2016 - Bhopal : The China team expressed happiness over the brochure in Chinese language prepared by the Madhya Pradesh tourism for publicity. It may be mentioned that brochures in Chinese language besides other foreign languages are prepared by the state tourism development corporation for publicity focusing specialties of tourism in Madhya Pradesh. Shri Rao expressed hope for cooperation to translate English language publicity material in Chinese language from the team members. The team has also apprised themselves about development of Buddhist Circuit scheme.

    It is informed through presentation made by the Madhya Pradesh tourism that Madhya Pradesh, the Heart of Incredible India is full of natural beauty and wild life. Three UNESCO world heritages Sanchi, Khajuraho and Bheem Baithka are situated in Madhya Pradesh. Similarly, 9 national parks and 25 wild life sanctuaries are situated in the state. Madhya Pradesh is also known as a birth place of white tigers. Moreover, a white tiger safari is started at Mukundpur. Famous as Rani of Satpura, the natural beauty of Panchmarhi attracts tourists in large numbers. Keeping in view the religious tourism, Ujjain, Chitrakoot, Amarkanta and Omkareshwar are the main centers for devotees. Further, Madhya Pradesh is also known for Jungle Book and Mogli. About 8 crore tourists visited Madhya Pradesh last year. Questions of the team were replied by Shri Rao and Additional Managing Director Sushri Tanvi Sundriyal.

    Team came under the leadership of Sushri Ju Lie includes Sushri Li Ying, Gao Wei, Yang Jun, Li Yuan, Wang Xiaoping, Liu Wei, Shri Fu Min, Zhang Wenbo, Zhang Bin, Wang Jingtang and Zhang Shijun. The team members were welcomed with traditional Indian style on reaching Paryatan Bhavan. The team will also visit Sanchi and Khajuraho World Heritage places.
