The Chewuch Inn & Cabins supports protection of wildlife habitat and open space in the Methow Valley by donating 1% of their total revenue to the Methow Conservancy.
The Methow Conservancy, http://www.methowconservancy.org, is a nonprofit organization formed in 1996 to preserve open space, wildlife habitat and the scenic views of the Methow Valley. To date the Methow Conservancy has assisted landowners in protecting over 5,500 acres and 17 miles of riverfront habitat.
Owner of Chewuch Inn, Dan Kuperberg, stated, "When my wife and I decided to do this, it was with the hope that our guests would feel pride and satisfaction that their stays at the Chewuch Inn helped maintain and improve the Methow Valley."
