| Charles Simeon Philpott, entrepreneur, graphic designer and marketing specialist, is a graduate of Oklahoma State Tech. Former owner of a respected graphic arts studio. Mr. Philpott is also an illustrator. He has worked internationally and regionally with major advertising and marketing corporations as a creative services manager. His creative talent is also expressed as co-author of the popular book, “Great News We’ve Sold The Company.” “1876 White Bear, A Cheyenne Dog Soldier” is his first fictional work. He is a member of the Chickamauga Cherokee Tribe of Arkansas and Missouri. He makes his home with his family in Tulsa, Oklahoma. |
