Chandlee & Sons Moving to New Offices
Partners Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee, along with the entire Chandlee and Sons Construction Company, are in the process of moving into new offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. Seth looked at several industrial parks when he could spare the time. He and Jim finally decided on a location in early July 2014.
- Albany, GA (1888PressRelease) July 22, 2014 - They chose an industrial park built in 1996 located on Nine North Drive just off of Highway 9 in the southern end of Forsyth County. Seth and Jim secured the one story space on Wednesday, July 9, 2014. They chose this location because the space meets all of the growing needs of the company. It is also convenient to where Jim lives in Milton and Seth lives in southeast Cherokee County.
The 3,000 square foot space is located on the end of the red brick building. It contains a garage type door in the rear along with a pedestrian entrance to access the warehouse space. In the front of the suite there is a lobby at the entrance, five offices, a conference room, a storage room, along with a restroom and break room for the staff.
Seth and his crew are currently remodeling the front office spaces with upgraded custom mahogany cabinetry and granite countertops. The design Seth has created also includes the installation of chandeliers and track lighting, special hardwoods for some of the floor finishes and a pallet of new paint colors. Shelving is also being installed for storage.
