Carmel's Barnyard Shopping Center Announces Special Fundraising Event Hosted by the Friends of the Monterey Symphony

  • Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) October 17, 2016 - Guests are invited to stroll through the Barnyard's lush gardens, be delighted by roving Renaissance performers, and leap into holiday shopping by taking advantage of special offers at a variety of shops at the Monterey Peninsula's most-beautiful and unique shopping village.

    The event, scheduled 1-4 p.m., will include a buffet feast worthy of kings and queens, provided by SUR Restaurant.

    The Monterey Symphony season, entitled "Shakespeare in Music," will include a series of six concert weekends scheduled Oct. 21-23, Nov. 18-20, Feb. 17-19, March 17-19, April 21-23, and May 19-21 at Sherwood Hall in Salinas (Friday evenings at 7:30 p.m.) and Carmel's magnificent Sunset Center (Saturday evenings at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 3:00 p.m.).
