May 26, 2009 - Calgary, AB - Calgary Life & Investment Corp. President, Reuben McDonald announced today the development and release of the new Client Relations Program at Life. The new department/program will see the creation of the companies Quarterly Emailer Newsletter, Weekly Customer Service Emailer, and the continuation of Life’s “24 hour or less” contact service.
“We have been able to grow our clientele based purely on providing effective customer service solutions” stated McDonald. “The new programs being released today will help keep our customers informed about everything this is happening at the firm on a constant basis.” Calgary based marketing agency New Wave Media, who handles all of Calgary Life Insurance & Investment Corp.’s communications, developed the programs, “This is another stepping stone for Life” commented Jonathan Molina, VP, New Wave Media, “Life has an already strong and existing customer relations mandate, we are simply adding to it.”
The first emails will be launching in the first week of June 2009, while the company newsletter is set for distribution the second week of June 2009.
