The survey is conducted online and is used to evaluate the services of the reseller community which comprises more than 350 companies all over the world. The results are compiled and evaluated by the Subscription Services team at the SolidWorks Corporation and fed back to the resellers to highlight best practices and outstanding performances.
When asked to rate Overall Satisfaction with their reseller, customers awarded Cadtek with the highest scores in Europe.

In the two most important categories, Issues Resolved in a Timely Manner and Adequate Follow-up Cadtek has been ranked top and joint-top respectively from all of the major European resellers.
