Cabin Fever at Lane End Conference Centre

The Cabin has been inaugurated at the Lane End Conference Centre. It includes The Cabin Bar, Lounge and Games Room and this has noticeably improved the leisure offering at Lane End Conference Centre.

(1888PressRelease) October 22, 2009 - Buckinghamshire, UK - The latest development at Lane End Conference Centre is The Cabin Bar, Lounge and Games Room. This addition has noticeably improved the leisure offering at Lane End Conference Centre and allows delegates to have a relaxing time in a shared space with a lively atmosphere outside their exclusive area.

The one thing that Lane End Conference Centre is particularly proud of is the modular design of the conference centre which offers clients the opportunity to have an exclusive space within a larger facility. The 5 distinctive buildings come complete with dedicated conference rooms, private dining areas, exclusive bars and lounges as well as dedicated bedrooms. Lane End Conference Centre says that although they know from experience this is the ideal solution for many conference or training organisers, they also know that some delegates prefer to make use of a shared bar which is why they’ve invested in developing The Cabin. Here delegates will find a wonderful space offering a great variety of indoor games such as pool, table tennis and air hockey; as well as a comfortable lounge and a bar serving light meals and snacks. The outside deck offers a great view of the grounds and it is an ideal space for summer barbeques.

The Cabin is the only structure that remains from the original Wycombe Court School for Girls which occupied the site until the late 1960’s. The building was used as the school gym and was saved when the main school building was set alight in 1969 as part of the demolition project to make way for the purpose built conference centre which we know today as Lane End Conference Centre.

Lane End Conference Centre is set in 26 acres of the peaceful Chilterns countryside in Buckinghamshire and benefits from 5 distinctive conference buildings in a modular design. In total the venue offers 7 main conference rooms and a combination of 27 syndicate rooms, 104 en-suite bedrooms, 4 bars, 3 dining rooms and of course The Cabin Bar, Lounge and Games Room.
