The dinner menu includes new starters, steaks, fresh fish and chicken. Among these new items are Bugaboo Wings coated in Buffalo or Hickory Bourbon sauce, Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Crusted Prime Rib and fresh Woodlands Grilled Chicken with herb roasted mushrooms and grilled onions.
The new menu also includes a “Build Your Own Lodge Combo” section, within which guests can customize the perfect entrée from a list of five savory options, such as Bourbon Grilled Shrimp Skewers and BBQ Smokehouse Chicken Breast. The lunch menu features new sharable starters, specials and sandwiches, such as Lumberjack Fries loaded with melted cheddar cheese, crisp chopped bacon and chives, and Grilled Rainbow Trout. The delicious new additions mesh perfectly with the established Bugaboo Creek Signature Specialties, like BBQ Chicken Nachos, the Lodge Center Cut Filet and the Mountaineer Ultimate Margarita.
