September 19, 2008 - Browndorf PEM, LLC today announced that Schad E. Brannon has joined as Executive Director / Funds Group. Prior to his duties at BPEM, Mr. Brannon ran an investment consulting company, Creative Capital Group, LLC that focused on media and entertainment related ventures.
Mr. Brannon is credited for producing and implementing financial models that are currently in practice with his firm and benefiting his clientele, primarily in alternative investment strategies such as real estate, media investments, and life insurance settlements, where he has been a principal in structuring private SLS portfolios of over $25 million to date. Mr. Brannon has had over eleven years experience in the leisure, hospitality and entertainment industry at the executive level with the Hard Rock Café / Hard Rock Hotel corporations. Mr. Brannon was Head of Marketing and Business Development and assisted the Chairman in all aspects of the business. Mr. Brannon has participated with the creation of numerous Hard Rock Cafes here in the United States and abroad and was also involved in the development and management of the $500+ million dollar Hard Rock Hotel and Casino property located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Throughout Mr. Brannon's career he has greatly contributed to the continued business development of the Hard Rock brands, arguably one of the most successful brands worldwide. He is currently preparing to receive his Series 65 license.
