  • (1888PressRelease) May 22, 2014 - Detroit- Audio specialist Sennheiser and Ford Motor Company have part-nered to bring a silent disco experience to The Movement Electronic Music Festival, to be held in Detroit over Memorial Day Weekend between Saturday, May 24th and Monday, May 26th.

    Sennheiser will have its entire line of MOMENTUM and MOMENTUM On-Ear headphones on hand, which will be exhibited in direct proximity of the silent disco as well as within the new Ford Fiesta and Ford Transit Connect Wagon. Sennheiser and Ford will also invite festival attendees to hop inside the Transit Connect Wagon, the #unminivan, and record 'music vide-os' by mounting their smartphones to the dashboard and sharing the content via social media.

    Within the adjacent interactive technology center, Sennheiser will also be exhibiting and sell-ing its new line of professional DJ headphones including the HD 6 MIX, the HD7 DJ, HD 8DJ, the HD 25 Aluminum as well as the HD 25-1 II, the world's best selling professional DJ head-phone. The Movement Electronic Music Festival features five outdoor stages, more than 100 artists and dozens of official afterparties around the city. Last year, more than 107,000 people from around the globe attended. The Sennheiser and Ford sponsored silent disco will feature talent including Justin James, Matthew Hawtin, Ataxia, Kero, Yos and Darren Holland.
