MySpace listeners to 'JFrancis Radio Show' along with an esteemed panel of judges including a leader of a European country will help to narrow the choices down to 10 semi- finalists for which Joan Rivers will select 5 finalists. These men will go out on a date with Ms.Rivers for which she will pick the one finalist based on 'chemistry'.
