May 22, 2007 - Craigs-blogs.com, is raising money for charity by offering $1 for each blogger who contributes a blog post this month.
Much like collecting can tops, or box tops for charity, craigs-blogs.com is giving $1 for each post a blogger writes this month.
“The blog can be about anything, just make sure a link to www.silvermonthly.com is part of the post,” says Doolittle. “We’ll be able to tell how many people wrote a post, as long as there’s a link.”
All proceeds will go towards teaching principles about money and investing, both in America and in other countries across the world, but each blogger must contribute a blog post in the month of June.
This month’s goal is $1,000, which is only 1,000 blog posts. Doolittle fully expects to meet his goal, “because of how many blogs there are and how fast and easy writing to a blog is.”
“It should only take a few seconds for someone to blog about this,” said Doolittle, “which makes giving to a worthy cause much easier, and fun.”
