G K Pillai has recently been appointed as the new Chairman cum Managing Director of Heavy Engineering Corporation, Ranchi.
Prior to this, Mr Pillai was the Chief Executive at US joint venture companies like Fisher Sanmar - Tyco Sanmar and was associated with Instumentation Ltd Palakkad in various capacities.
Mr G K Pillai with his Never Say Die Attitude and Hunger for the Impossible is a proud alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (Rajasthan) where he did his B.E.(Hons) Electrical Engineering from 1968-1973.
