June 05, 2009 - Pamela F. Robertson, Senior Contracts Administrator for Bell Helicopter, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Pamela F. Robertson’s commitment to excellence in the field of Aerospace Defense.
Pamela F. Robertson, who earned her MBA degree from California Coast University, has worked over 17 years in her field, specializing in contract negotiation and administration.
It is a personal goal of Ms. Robertson to ensure that she uses her education appropriately. Her professional field is procurement or supply chain. She would like to get into procurement management at a grounded, stable company. The company culture she is seeking can be described as having a professional, but very relaxed atmosphere and a management team that truly cares and supports their employees and empowers them to become premier in their professions. As a Materials Manager (director level) at a major former aerospace company, this is the way in which she treated her employees, and, would do so again if given the opportunity.
Ms. Robertson believes that, “Leadership begins in the mind of an individual that possesses fervent people skills, believes in treating others the way they would wish to be treated, does not elevate themselves above any other individual, who respects and reveres their team members and empowers them, facilitates and supports, and above all else appreciates the efforts, creativity, diversity, and, the specialty and skills of each person on their team.”
Ms. Robertson belongs to several affiliations including Member National Contract Management Association, Member Institute For Supply Management, Member Delta Epsilon Tau International Honor Society, and is the winner of company-wide CIO Excellence Award for Raytheon Company.
In her spare time, Pamela Robertson enjoys writing, gourmet cooking, and target shooting.
