Marcela Garcia, a 2002 Florida International University graduate of Business Administration, began working in real estate as an agent in 2006.
Ms. Garcia has been working very hard to continue to grow in her field. Most of her time is dedicated to the typical seller and buyer services, serving the Henderson County, NC and surrounding areas. In a nutshell, she assists with pricing and selling, finding comparables, preparing CMAs, properly marketing properties, hosting open houses, working with first time home buyers and walking them through the process, assisting customers with the pre-qualifying process and searching and showing homes within buyers' criteria. Bringing integrity, value, personal service and professional standards, however, are what Garcia says are the most important benefits that she brings to the table. She works closely with locals as well as those looking to relocate.
A strong background in business certainly helps Ms. Garcia in her daily routine. She enjoys what she does every day, which makes her more efficient at what she does. She credits her good fortune to "doing what is right and in the best interest of her clients," as well as "guiding them honestly, fairly and openly through the buying and selling and mortgage process." Garcia is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
Marcela is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Mothers of Pre-Schoolers. She also conducts a quarterly seminar for first time home buyers, which is published in the Hendersonville News Times. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, jogging, exercising and spending time with her family.
