June 14, 2008 - Karen Jauer was honored among our Executive Professionals in Business and Retail this past August an offered membership into the Biltmore Who’s Who organization. This past March she was selected from over 1000 candidates as a Featured Member.
Karen attended Nettleton Business College, and graduated with her Associates Degree in Business in 1967 in Sioux City, Iowa. After graduating Karen has been a true success and has excelled in her field. She has been very active in her community and she conducts Seminars, and also has been featured on Talk Radio and Television programs. Most recently she has been published in "Okoboji Magazine”. Her article tells all about her journey and how she discovered her thriving business through her own personal discomfort from her own pain that she was personally dealing with.
To help with the pain she decided to start seeing a massage therapist and he recommended using a “Sauna” to help with her extreme pain. After much research she had found out that instead of using a conventional sauna, she tried an infrared sauna that does not use steam to heat a person’s body. Instead the Infrared saunas use an infrared light to heat the person’s body.
She was very happy with the results and decided to invest and buy her own sauna for her own personal use. She immediately decided to purchase her own store which she named “InFra-Red Saunas of Siouxland, in Southern Hills Mall in Sioux City in Iowa.
