Holly A. Feray, who holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, founded her current business about six months ago, consulting her clients on financial investing. She has been in the finance industry for a year and a half.

After previously working in the mortgage industry, Feray decided to take the plunge and open her own business in 2009. Feray also provideds access to funding for accounts receivable loans, factoring of accounts receivable and start-up financing. "I build loan packages, analyze the best type of lenders for the loan being sought, and distribute the loan packages to the lenders who are best for the client," Feray explains. She adds that Feray & Associates currently focused on medical practice accounts receivables and factoring of accounts receivables. She also assists medical doctors that are currently hurting due to slow payment from insurance companies for medical services rendered.
Feray attributes numerous key elements to her success, including understanding her clients needs through clear, precise and transparent communication with them. She then translates and focuses the received information into getting the best financing to meet those needs. She provides all of this with excellent customer service.
In the near future, Ms. Feray plans to pursue her MBA in Real Estate from Nouveau Riche University. She also plans to attain a master's degree and doctorate in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica, as she has been a licensed interfaith minister since 1993. She aspires to one day be chosen as one of Nouveau Riche's lending and investing instructors and become a preferred Nouveau Riche approved affiliate vendor. Feray has completed a year of service with Americorps in 2001. She volunteered teaching GED, adult basic education, living skills and the pilot program to parolees. She is also one of the founding participants of the Amazing Faiths Dinner Dialogues.
