Bible League provides the Scriptures that people around the world need. But we don’t stop there—we make sure those Scriptures are used for evangelism, discipleship, and church growth. That’s what makes Bible League unique.
We work with local churches in more than 60 countries, training indigenous Christians to lead Bible studies. During 2007, more than 17.7 million Scriptures were placed by Bible League-trained Christians who formed 231,487 Bible study groups worldwide. Nearly 3.3 million people were gathered into those groups.
But our mission is not complete until those studying God’s Word are enfolded into the fellowship of His Church. Last year, 539,154 new Christians became church members as a result of Bible League ministry.
Many places in the world have no local churches, so we train Christians to establish new ones. In 2007, Bible League-trained Christians established 5,766 new worshiping congregations in previously church-less communities. |
