The main aim of bhiring.com is to reduce recruitment cost of corporate, to enable them to get in touch with as many as HR Placement firms as possible and fill vacancies faster and economically. It also helps HR Placement firms in getting the recruitment contracts from various companies.
The idea behind paying back a percentage of job posted by companies and placement firms, is to reduce your recruitment cost as much as possible from our end.
