October 07, 2009 - Beverage Plus acquired FCBBI AG, a Swiss publicly traded company and thus, went Public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with its listing on the Open Market in August, 2009. The Company is presently trading under the symbol 3FC.de. The Company has reached an agreement for the receipt of private equity capital in the amount of USD 8,000,000. The distributors of MC2 Energy Drink are performing worldwide transactions and arrangements such as establishing distributor locations and contracting with master franchisees.
