His special Super Bowl odds and propositions are up for display again, in time for the Big Game. And as usual, they come with a few twists. One of them is that he is using them to kick off the re-launch of his free sportsbook presence, BetCharlesJay.com (http://www.betcharlesjay.com).
Jay, who supplies odds for every major event included within the realms of sports, entertainment, politics, world affairs, pop culture and more, and does so at times for some of the world's leading online sportsbooks, contemplates whether the spotlighted winning player in the Super Bowl might depart from tradition with his "Bunny Ranch" prop, which pays 69-to-1 if the player, instead of saying "I'm going to Disney World," instead says "I'm going to the Moonlite Bunny Ranch."
A payoff of 3333-to-1 is available in the "Kareem-Abdul-Jabar" prop, where Kareem McKenzie of the Giants and Jabar Gaffney of the Patriots must score touchdowns, and Paula Abdul must perform at the Super Bowl halftime show.
In the "Whimper-With-A-Bang" prop, Giants offensive tackle Guy Whimper must score a touchdown to return 2500-to-1 to the player. And the "Gatorade Shower" prop offers an over/under of 52 seconds left on the clock for the coach to receive the traditional victory dousing from his players. There are over two dozen additional props available.
"Listen, the whole idea is to have a little fun," says Jay, who has gained notoriety for his innovative propositions on the Oscars, the NFL and NBA Drafts, and the elections. "I want to kick this thing off to allow people to enjoy some free gaming with a bit of imagination; some things they might not be able to bet in a conventional sportsbook."
