April 11, 2009 - Louis A. Bencardino, owner of Bencardino Excavating in Bensalem, Pa. announced today that his company will serve as the site work contractor for the North Penn School District renovation project.

The North Penn School District awarded Bencardino Excavating a $963,000 contract to complete site work on the North Wales Elementary School renovation project which will begin during the summer of 2009 and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2010.
“Winning this contract in such a competitive environment is validation of the quality work we do and the value we bring our clients,” said Louis Bencardino.
Renovations to North Wales elementary will include a new main lobby, office, an additional parking lot and new bus lanes, improvements to the heating, electrical and sprinkler systems, as well as some aesthetic changes to the school’s interior.
