The Firm’s associates Cindy Kang, Anna Lei and Eion Murdock presented a series of lectures on trademark and copyright law, reviewing trademark cancellation actions, the requirements for registration of design patents, and main issues relating to copyright protection and intellectual property rights enforcement in China.
