September 14, 2007 - RALEIGH, N.C. —Barry Bragg, president and CEO of Physique Transformation, a Raleigh-based personal fitness and wellness provider, announces today that he will present a class on estrogen-related cancers and ways you can protect yourself. The class will be held on Thursday, September 20 at 7 p.m. at Mystic Gardens Natural Foods on Falls River Avenue in Raleigh. Cost to attend the class is $10.
“This is a wonderful chance to educate Triangle residents on the harmful effects of estrogenic chemicals,” says Bragg. “I look forward to shedding light on an emerging issue that many people don’t know exists.”
Bragg will discuss places that high levels of estrogenic chemicals can be found, such as commercially raised poultry and cattle, pesticides and common household goods; how many cancers are hormonal related; and preventative measures that can be taken to protect from the effects of theses chemicals.
