January 12, 2007 - Newark, NJ, January 11, 2007 - Anna D. Banks, GCDF, Adjunct Professor at Training, Inc. at Essex County College has completed a seven-week course at the Governing Institute of New Jersey (GIOFNJ) which aids community leaders in enhancing their leadership skills and abilities.
Anna D. Banks, GCDF is an instructor and professional practitioner at Training, Inc. and the Workforce Development Programs at Essex County College, Newark, NJ. Banks teaches strategies that increase worker skills and employability. She works to improve the employment opportunities of individuals by helping them identify, find and maintain careers and jobs.
"In the 21st century, national workforce and career development professionals are charged with the responsibility of providing career development resources that are open to all.
