CFLA's Forensic Loan Auditor Training is coming to San Diego, CA on March 2nd - 4th, 2012.

Forensic Loan Auditor Training is intended for all mortgage, real estate, legal, and finance professionials involved in loan modifications, lender litigation and forensic auditing. A basic knowledge of pertinent loan transaction documents will be assumed.
CFLA's Certified Forensic Loan Auditor course will cover forensic loan auditing for possible violations of the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Home Ownership Equity Protection Act and other important State and Federal statutes and common law principles to look for in the loan documentation.
