April 12, 2007 - Microsoft’s Axapta is actually Microsoft Dynamics AX and it is Microsoft number one system for enterprise resource planning. Axapta was initially developed by a Denmark Company called Damgaard Data A/S. In 2000, Damgaard merged with Navision Software A/S, which was acquired in 2002, by Microsoft.
