About the Author
A Masters Degree holder in Counseling, Christopher Bear Beam has been in the counseling practice for more than 23 years now, serving as youth, family and pastoral care counselor, outreach worker and facilitator for anti-racism groups.
His focus and field of expertise is on the mind-body connection in problems such as mental health and racism. He is presently pursuing further studies to a gain a deeper understanding and more extensive knowledge about spirituality.
