March 30, 2006 - Noting Jean Tracy’s peaceful nature and demure stature you’d never guess she was a former probation officer. During her tenure as a pre-sentencing investigator, Tracy witnessed the detrimental affects of poor parenting first-hand. "If only the offenders were nurtured and encouraged in a loving family, their lives-and society-would be dramatically different," she recalls.
