ABOUT CARL AGARD
Carl Agard was born and raised in the rough environments of the NYC Housing projects. He earned a scholarship to Syracuse University and upon graduation, started his entrepreneurial trail by promoting parties throughout New York City. After being laid off from his six figure sales job at a Health Insurance Company, Carl used his severance pay to start his Real Estate Company and within two years was worth over three million dollars. He accomplished all of this before turning 30 years old.
He expanded his business ventures to Atlanta, Georgia and to Dallas, Texas. He has written four books on real estate and entrepreneurship through his independent imprint Adelphi Publishing & Media Group, which has sold thousands of copies. He hosts a weekly internet radio show, www.realmoneyrealissuesradio.com, on financial news and information.
Carl has written several articles for publications such as Upscale Magazine and Moves Magazine. He is currently a Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors of a non profit in Brooklyn and speaks regularly throughout the country at schools, universities, and churches.
