October 04, 2006 - New Jersey--Author and lifestyle personality Maria Liberati will heat up the stage with her desirable Italian cuisine recipes and sign copies of her new book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking during the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival held at the Atlantic City Convention Center on October 6, 7, and 8.
This Philadelphia native and former international supermodel is gaining the attention of Atlantic City high rollers and others just the same with her trendy approach to basic Italian cooking. Liberati’s recent publication The Basic Art of Italian Cooking consists of simple recipes intertwined with a fascinating collection of memoirs of her travels through Italy.
Liberati’s diva sense and fashionable history shine through in her cooking as many of the recipes in her book accentuate elegant presentation.Liberati is one of many celebrity chefs who will be participating in the Food and Wine Festival. She will show off her simple, uncomplicated recipe secrets on stage on October 6 at 10:30am during the festival.
