School violence is an unfortunate occurrence that has been sharply on the rise in the United States and countries all around the globe. The numbers are staggering: 160,000 kids miss school everyday due to bullying and school violence. 950,000 students across the United States bring weapons to school every month. Schools now report that over a quarter of a million students per month are being physically attacked during the school day.
