April 20, 2009 - Austin's most fabulous music scene blog, Austinella's Austin, presents a lineup that you will LUV! A FREE show will begin at 9:00 p.m. Thursday, April 23rd, 2009 at Headhunters Cannibal Club (patio), 720 Red River Street, Austin, TX.
Stonehoney (9:00) is Austin's newest gift from LA and Nashville, after figurin' out this was THE place to be (sound familiar?). They describe their 4-part harmonious country sound as "Merle Haggard meets the Eagles".
Eric Hisaw (10:00) is a top-flight singer-songwriter who slings a mean Telecaster. Originally from New Mexico, he has been been makin' nitty-gritty roots music in Austin since the 90's.
Members of Steve Syx and Syxgun (11:00) have been fixtures in the Austin, Texas music scene since the '80s. Singer-songwriter Steve Syx never fails to win over the hearts of his audience, both young and mature. He and Syxgun rock it Southern-style.
Finally, the fresh faces of Glafiro and Solid Ghost (12:00), new to Austin, will rock the club with music that they describe as a gamut, a spectrum, a kaleidoscope of emotions, impressions, and ideas.
