Cooney will assume his new role by April 20, 2007.
Mr. Cooney was most recently associated with Limerick.com, where he helped expand Internet advertising, boost search engine rankings, and successfully helped retool the site for web 2.00 . He will work with ADB's management team on a day-to-day basis to help position the site for further search engine dominance.
