May 29, 2009 - During the meeting, Thierry Breton presented the 2008 highlights, the action plans that have been initiated as part of the TOP program (Total Operational Performance) and the Group’s future directions.
The resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors have been approved. Mrs Jean Fleming, HR Director in the UK, has been elected as Director representing the employee shareholders and she joined Atos Origin Board of Directors.
