July 10, 2008 - As Seen On TV.Info, Inc. (ASOTVI) www.asotv.info, a Florida based company known for its online video reviews of all those "As Seen On TV" products, documenting both the functional and the dysfunctional, announced today the completion of its Florida Department of State corporate domestication.
ASOTVI was originally a Virginia based corporation, registered as a foreign agent in the State of Florida in January of 2008. But no more. As of July 2008, ASOTVI is 100% a Florida domestic corporation, destined to bring new high-tech jobs and economic benefit to its home in Southwest Florida.
ASOTVI was founded and incorporated by the University Learning Institute (ULI) of Marshall, VA (www.thecourse.us) in July of 2007. ULI recruited ASOTVI’s CEO in December of 2007, Cape Coral, FL resident, Robert Gelinas, and it is in Cape Coral where ASOTVI went from concept to operations, launching its state-of-the-art Web 2.0 website in early March 2008.
