Instead of just implementing either "beaten track" or even "innovative" marketing ideas for a pre-determined product, asipac starts working at Phase 0, by looking at unmet consumer needs and conceptualizing new real estate product opportunities, helping get them designed and then taking them directly to the market. In other words, it is helping clients understand markets differently and then giving them innovative product concepts.
In the last 15 months, we have launched 4 different types of RE products and all of them have been distinctively unique from the market. Currently we are working on 7 more unique projects which should all be launched in the next 5-15 months. |
