Artist On The Edge Tour Kicks off with Tyler Matl
Tyler Matl, an up and coming singer/songwriter from outside of Nashville, is kicking off his CD Release with "The Artist On The Edge" tour in Knoxville, KY, where he was born. "The Artist On The Edge" tour is unique as it brings together artists who have moved to Nashville, had success, and are on the edge of hitting the next level in their careers.

After losing his father at 5, Tyler moved to Nashville TN to be with his Grandfather who was diagnosed with Cancer. Tyler learned guitar, keyboard and drums by ear as well as wrote his first song at the age of 12. Tyler has been performing all over Nashville, Kentucky and Indiana; he is one of the most talked about and sought after emerging artists in the Nashville area. At only 17 years old, Tyler is currently #3 on Reverbnation's singer/songwriter charts out of Nashville. Nationally Tyler Matl ranks 33 on Revernation.
Tyler has had multiple appearances on Nashville Television and Radio Shows; The Nashville Spotlight and Music City Gospel Review, along with TV spots with CMA/GAC and Judy Rodman's "LIVE JAM Artist's Unplugged". Tyler has had continued airplay on 106.5FM WKDZ, BCC Radio, TGUNN Internet radio, Purevolume.com, LastFM.com, and Jango. He has also been featured on additional radio/Internet stations. He has ranked 12 on the pop charts on Song Vault with his song "Filthy Liar." In less than a year he has built a fan base in excess of 30,000 people and growing.
