October 24, 2009 - Tucson, AZ – ArtFire has once again gone where no other artisan marketplace has gone before by providing separate main pages for each of its top six categories: handmade, fine art, design, media, vintage, and supplies. Each of these categories will receive its own front page and unique sub domain, and sellers who specialize in these fields will receive equal promotion.
Previously on ArtFire, these categories were arranged into three main categories: Handmade/Fine Art, Design/Media, and Vintage/Supplies. However, as these categories filled up, ArtFire determined that they needed to separate the categories further to make shopping easier on buyers. By giving each of these six categories their own landing page, buyers will be able to narrow their searches to better find that special something. This will also create the opportunity for specialized advertising and promotional campaigns surrounding each of these major categories of creative art.
