June 02, 2009 - This course enables Arizona insurance producers, who sell or market long-term care insurance, to obtain their newly mandated eight (8) hours of study on the subject of long-term care and long-term care insurance partnership programs. This training must be completed by July 1, 2009, in order for insurance producers to continue marketing and/or selling long-term care insurance in the state of Arizona. After this date, an insurance producer cannot sell or place a LTCI policy without having this training.
Broker Educational Sales & Training, Inc. (BEST), has also submitted and received approval of the Arizona “Long Term Care Insurance Training Course” from ClearCert. Upon completion of this course, Broker Educational Sales & Training, Inc. (BEST) will notify ClearCert as required by several LTCI insurers.
In addition, the Arizona “Long Term Care Insurance Training Course” has also received approval for eight (8) hours of CFP® credit, as well as credit for other professional designations (such as PACE, CIMA, CRPC).
