November 21, 2007 - Archers Sleepcentre is opening its web site for business this month. “We have found a successful retail format that is allowing us to expand rapidly” says MD Ian Archibald. “The internet is a necessary part of retailing and we are hugely pleased to be able to launch our site at this stage in our store opening program. We already know that about 30% of our customers view our products on our website and now they have the opportunity to buy them there too.”
Archers Sleepcentre commenced trading in 2001. Archers currently has 7 bed superstores across Scotland and more are due to open early 2008. Each store uniquely has its own integral warehouse and approximately 50% of Archers’ customers take their bed away.
Deliveries are made throughout the UK mainland and include most of the Scottish Islands.
