October 12, 2008 - New York, London and Tokyo – The Apogee Foundation has announced that it is introducing programs to foster intercultural sharing of the world's great sacred musical traditions. These international programs will form a core component of Apogee's longstanding Synergy Programs, which provide gifted artists from diverse cultures opportunities for creative empowerment through the sharing of their artistry with each other on the world stage.
The Foundation's sacred music programs serve to continue the evolution of the Foundation's mission by fostering "the apogee of human excellence" at the nexus of our cultures' most inspiring forms of genius and most profound expressions of meaning.
These developments continue the pattern of Apogee's growth from its origins more than a decade ago working to revitalize the former Soviet Union's collapsing performing arts training systems to a leading force promoting human creative potential around the globe.
