"Our Web site provides large, full-color photographs of the arrangements we sell, and provides the customer with a number of options for getting a hold of us directly," says Mancini. The new Web site also saves visitors money on online flower purchases. "Unlike other online flower Web sites, where they just take your order in a call center and then pass off the order to a local florist, our orders come directly to us. That saves the buyer money because we don't charge fees for online orders or delivery. It also means that buyers have a direct contact with the people who took their orders and put together their arrangements," says Mancini.
