The rigorous daylong entrance test of the academy ensures there is a clear idea of what an individual’s competency is before they start training. ‘ We test them in drawing, clay modeling, acting, visualizing etc, it is important to have a very vivid imagination, what is required is a blend of passion and creativity backed by extended concentration levels’ adds Dino.
