free legal audit on all credit agreements.
Angels Reclaims is a new company specialising in financial claims management. Angels Reclaims realises
that many Credit Agreements issued within the terms of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 are unenforceable.
We provide a free legal audit on all credit card, loan and HP Agreements to find out if our clients do have a
valid claim. Because many credit agreements do not conform to the prescribed terms of the Consumer
Credit Act 1974, Angels Reclaims are able to legally challenge their validity.
Where our free legal audit determines a potential claim we take the claim forward to the next stage if our
client wants to. This is without obligation. To take the process to the next step we charge what we believe
to be the lowest fee on the internet of just £85.00 this is payment for the costs of running the claim. Once a
claim is successfuly completed, Angels reclaims takes a final % of the monies recovered which starts at just
5%.
It has been estimated that there are around 50 million credit agreements signed each year
many of these of which were signed before April 2007 are estimated to be unenforceable under the
Consumer credit Act 1974.
Angels Reclaims are based in Salford, Greater Manchester, but our client base and reach is nationwide.
