March 13, 2008 - Scottsdale, AZ--Garrett C. Blackford recently accepted the position of Director of Business and Aviation Development with Angel Medflight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services.
Mr. Blackford’s comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry began with the basics. His initial position was as a line technician for Swift Aviation Group, coordinating movement of general aviation aircraft and providing ground support. His aviation knowledge coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills soon earned him a position in customer service. Mr. Blackford further strengthened his client relations credentials as Customer Service Manager for Scottsdale Air Center before joining the Angel Medflight team.
Mr. Blackford is a graduate of Utah Valley University with a degree in Aviation Business Management. He is a licensed private pilot, and is currently pursuing his Commercial certificate and Multi Engine and Instrument ratings.
