March 31, 2009 - Bountiful, UT — Angels Lending Group, a structured funding firm, is working with HD Developments during the funding phase for the development of the Avonlee Condominiums project in Perth, Ontario Canada.
HD Developments plans to begin construction on this project in early May of 2009. The 58 units will range from 1100 to 1900 square feet and be priced from CAN$290-390,000.
