March 10, 2008 - Hong Kong - Anahata Yoga at Yogaplus will celebrate its official launch in Hong Kong on March 15th, 2008.
Asian press, and renowned members of Hong Kong’s yoga community are warmly invited to support Yogananth Andiappan as he flows into his latest position at the Yogaplus premises and officially launches Anahata Yoga.
Anahata’s classes are poised to reach further than other studios in Hong Kong by offering a complete Yoga Therapy Series, the first of its kind outside India.
Anahata’s yoga therapy programs have been tailor made to balance body and mind in a safe, gentle and effective way. De-stress Yoga, Back care Yoga, Slimming Yoga, Pre-natal yoga and Post-natal yoga all meet the specific needs of members. Golf Yoga guarantees to improve the range of the swing by improving the flexibility of hips and shoulders whilst Yoga for Men is designed to suit the male physique and Core Yoga to improve postures and strengthen the whole body.
