March 21, 2007 - In 2005 Yoga entrepreneur Deborah Rubin, President of Yoga Spirit, delivered the first in a series of novel learning experiences to the yoga community around the world. Yoga Spirit's tele-classes are live, interactive 60 minute training classes conducted over the telephone with renowned international teachers.
From anatomy and pranayama to special needs and philosophy, these tele-classes cover a wide range of topics for both the seasoned yoga instructor and yoga students.
Students can conveniently participate in a tele-class from anywhere: their home, studio, office, or by cell phone. Yoga Spirit provides an added benefit - participants also receive a Podcast (recorded) version, free, to review the information contained in the session at any time. For those that cannot be on the call at the appointed time they should register to receive the Podcast.
